Servers with a No Ban Policy advertise that they won’t ban players, even for cheating or harassment, and usually rely on mutes, kicks, jail systems, or just letting players deal with it. In practice these tend to be anarchy or near-anarchy servers where moderation is minimal and the main expectation is that anything goes unless it threatens the server itself.
