Towny-style servers with a more modern/city aesthetic focus. Usually still the standard Towny loop (claim plots/chunks, make towns/nations, set permissions and taxes, protect builds), but with modern-themed builds, cosmetics, and sometimes extra economy or resource systems to support city development.
