Servers with this tag have a plugin/datapack that makes mobs (and sometimes players) drop their heads as items, usually with configurable drop rates and conditions like charged creeper kills. It’s mainly used for trophies, decoration, and collecting, and is commonly paired with survival, SMP, or PvP.
