Servers where dying has real consequences beyond a quick respawn, like dropping or losing items, losing levels or stats, getting debuffs, temporary bans or cooldowns, corpse runs, or even permadeath-style rules. The point is that death changes your situation in a meaningful way instead of being mostly free.
