Jobs servers use a jobs/professions plugin where players pick roles like Miner, Farmer, Builder, etc. and earn money (and sometimes XP) for doing specific actions. Jobs often have levels, payouts, and limits, and they’re usually tied into an economy with shops, ranks, or land-claim systems.
