Servers with this tag use a jobs plugin where you pick one or more jobs (like miner, farmer, hunter, builder) and earn money and/or XP for doing related tasks. As you level the job you unlock higher payouts, perks, or access to special items/commands, and progression is tied to grinding that role rather than just general playtime.
