(2)Item Retention

Servers with item retention let you keep some or all of your inventory when you die, instead of dropping everything. It’s usually done with keepInventory or a plugin that keeps items (sometimes excluding armor, hotbar, or certain worlds), so deaths are less punishing and you can get back to what you were doing faster.
