Servers where the main language is Italian and most of the community is based in Italy. Chat, rules, staff support, and Discord are usually in Italian, and the playerbase tends to be active in EU time zones. The gameplay can be anything (survival, factions, minigames), but the defining trait is the Italian-speaking community.
