(3)Extra Hearts

Servers with this tag let players increase their max health beyond the vanilla 10 hearts, usually through plugins like lifesteal, RPG leveling/skills, custom items, or permanent heart upgrades. It changes PvP and progression since tankier players can snowball and fights tend to last longer.
