Servers primarily aimed at players in China or Chinese-speaking communities. They usually run in Chinese (often Mandarin), have China-based hosting, and may use region-specific plugins/modpacks, payment/donation platforms, and community rules. Gameplay can be anything (survival, minigames, etc.), but the main common trait is language/region focus.
