Servers where players claim land and work together to build and run a town, usually with towny-style plugins for plots, ranks, and permissions. Gameplay focuses on gathering resources, building infrastructure, setting up shops and farms, and recruiting residents, sometimes with optional PvP or town-vs-town conflict.
