Servers with a block economy revolve around blocks as the main currency or value source, usually via shop plugins where mined or farmed blocks can be sold for money and money is used to buy blocks, items, claims, or perks. Progress tends to be about gathering resources efficiently, setting up farms, and trading through player shops or admin shops rather than pure PvP or minigames.
