Balanced anarchy servers are mostly anarchy-style survival with minimal rules, but they add a few limits to keep the game playable long-term. Usually that means no game-breaking hacks or dupes, some basic anti-lag rules, and sometimes light protections around spawn, while still allowing raiding, griefing, and PvP almost everywhere.
