Apocalypse adventure servers are usually survival-focused worlds with a ruined or hostile theme, often featuring zombies or other mobs, scarce resources, custom loot/scavenging, and a push to build shelters and explore dangerous areas. They commonly use plugins or modpacks for things like guns, radiation, thirst, harder nights, and quest-style progression.
