Pyrakia

Pyrakia is a 1.21.4 vanilla Towny server built around communities, claiming land, and controlled PvP. PvP is enabled, but Towny lets you choose whether PvP is on in your claimed areas; anything unclaimed is fair game. The Towny world has an 18k worldborder and includes custom terrain, MCMMO, and custom plugins. The server includes an economy with an auction house and /jobs to earn money. Pyrakia also features vote crates and a credit system that can be used toward crates, ranks, and other kits. At spawn, you can run Folding@home through the server and earn credits while contributing computing power to medical research.
