Phobos PVP is a Factions-focused PvP server supporting Minecraft 1.8.1–1.8.7, built around a hand-drawn custom biomes map. The gameplay leans into raiding and conflict, with a destructive arsenal that goes beyond TNT, including grenades, flashbangs, creeper eggs, napalm, and nukes. The server is self-hosted in a data center in Atlanta, GA, running on SSD with twice-daily HDD backups. Hardware listed includes 4x Intel Xeon E5-2690 @ 2.90GHz and 16GB of memory.
