OuterWorlds is set on Wanderlust, a new colony world found after Earth was left uninhabitable by a devastating Humans vs Aliens war. The last survivors, known as the Galatians, arrived with advanced technology and later tapped into Wanderlust’s mystical power, forging enchanted weapons said to cast lightning and enable teleportation. The setting centers on an ongoing three-way struggle between Humans, Galatians, and Aliens. After the Aliens cursed the remaining Galatians into monsters and new humans claimed the resource-rich planet, conflict over land and resources became the new normal—and the fight for control of Wanderlust continues.
