Minecave

Minecave is a multi-server network with different realms, including a Lime Realm and a Lifesteal mode, each with its own gameplay expectations. To keep play fair, Minecave bans unfair advantages from mods or third-party software, forbids exploit/bug abuse (and asks players to report issues), and enforces account limits (up to 3 accounts online at once and 5 total per IP) with no ban evasion. The Lime Realm prohibits stealing and scamming, while scamming is allowed in Lifesteal; NSFW usernames, skins, and item names are not allowed, and players must follow the Minecraft EULA and webstore terms.
