HardcoreSMP is a hardcore SMP server running on version 1.10, set to the hardest difficulty. You start with nothing, and survival is meant to be a real challenge. PvP and griefing are allowed, and deaths come with a 2-week deathban. You have two lives per month (a test run, normally one), so every fight and expedition matters in a world where tough enemies and starvation can end your run fast.
