A community-first, Vanilla+ Survival Multiplayer experience inspired by the style of HermitCraft. The Abyss is built around creating a small, long-term community where players work together, build incredible projects, create shops, participate in events, and make lasting friendships.

Why The Abyss?

I’ve always loved the idea of a close-knit Minecraft server where everyone knows each other instead of being just another name on a massive server.

The problem is… I’m still fairly new to Minecraft, and most of my friends don’t really play anymore. Rather than giving up on that dream, I decided to build the kind of server I’ve always wanted to join.

Whether you’re an experienced veteran or someone who’s still learning, everyone is welcome as long as you’re friendly, respectful, and excited to help build an amazing community.

How to Join

2. Complete the SMP application.
3. Answer every question honestly and thoughtfully.
4. Our staff reviews every application carefully.
5. If accepted, you’ll receive access to The Abyss SMP.

Because we’re intentionally keeping the community small, not everyone will be accepted. We’re looking for players with maturity, kindness, and a positive attitude, not simply players with thousands of hours in Minecraft.
