Servers labeled zero rules are basically anarchy or near-anarchy: no gameplay rules, minimal moderation, and players can grief, steal, kill, and use whatever exploits or hacked clients the server doesn’t technically block. The only limits are usually technical ones like anti-crash measures, basic legality, or keeping the server online.
