Vanilla Enhanced servers are mostly vanilla gameplay with small additions and tweaks, usually via plugins or datapacks. They tend to keep the core survival loop and balance intact while adding quality-of-life features, light new content like extra mobs or items, and sometimes extra blocks or crafting recipes without going full modpack.
