SMP is the standard survival multiplayer format: a shared survival world where players gather resources, build bases, and progress normally with little to no minigame structure. Depending on the server it can be cooperative or competitive, but it’s usually focused on long-term play, community interaction, and player-driven building, trading, and occasional PvP.
