Sky challenges servers are usually skyblock-style modes where you start on a tiny floating island with very limited resources and complete a list of preset challenges to unlock rewards or progress. They often add custom recipes, generators, or islands/teams, and sometimes have trading or a shared economy, but the core is completing objectives while building out your island in the void.
