Servers tagged Scandinavian community are usually Nordic-focused communities, often with Swedish/Norwegian/Danish/Finnish chat and staff, EU/Nordic-friendly ping, and rules/culture aimed at players from Scandinavia. The gameplay can be anything (survival, SMP, factions, etc.), but the main point is the regional/language community.
