Servers with this tag usually mean an anarchy-style setup with little to no enforced rules: no grief protection, no chat moderation, and PvP is always on. Players can raid, grief, steal, trap, and use whatever tactics the server allows, with admins mostly only stepping in for technical stuff like crashing or exploits that break the server.
