Resource-rich servers are set up so materials are easier to get than in vanilla, usually through boosted ore generation, extra loot, higher resource worldborders, or frequent world resets. The point is faster gearing and big builds without long mining grinds, and it’s common on survival, factions, and modded packs that want quicker progression.
