Servers themed around pirates and seafaring, usually with custom oceans and islands, ship building or ship plugins, treasure maps and loot hunts, and crew/gang systems. PvP and raiding are common, sometimes with naval combat mechanics and events focused on exploring, plundering, and controlling ports or islands.
