Servers with this tag don’t have a land-claim or protection system, so builds and chests aren’t mechanically protected. Other players can usually break blocks, loot, and modify areas unless the server uses other limited protections. It’s common on anarchy, semi-anarchy, and some hardcore SMP servers where defense, hiding, and player diplomacy matter more than plugins.
