Servers tagged no censorship usually have very loose or nonexistent chat moderation, allowing profanity, slurs, harassment, and controversial topics that would be muted elsewhere. They may still enforce a few non-chat rules like no doxxing, illegal content, or spam, but the main point is minimal filtering and bans for speech.
