Modded anarchy servers are anarchy-style servers (no gameplay rules, no staff enforcement beyond basic legality) running a modpack or required mods, so the chaos happens with extra items, tech/magic systems, dimensions, and movement/combat changes. Expect hacked clients, raiding/griefing, and meta strategies built around whatever the mods enable.
