Servers with this tag keep the rule list very short and mostly focus on basics like no crashing the server or extreme harassment. Gameplay is usually more hands-off with fewer restrictions on building, PvP, raiding, or chat, so it can feel closer to anarchy or semi-anarchy depending on how far they take it.
