Servers labeled minimal restrictions tend to have a very light ruleset and hands-off moderation. You can usually build and play with few limits, with only basic rules like no crashing the server, no doxxing, and sometimes no hacked clients. The vibe is closer to semi-anarchy or freebuild, where player behavior and community norms shape most of what happens.
