Servers with this tag have a lighter ruleset and lighter enforcement than average. Chat rules are usually looser, minor griefing or trolling might be handled case-by-case instead of zero-tolerance, and staff tend to warn before punishing. It still isn’t anarchy, but the vibe is more hands-off and player-driven.
