Servers with item reforging have a system (usually via an NPC, anvil-like GUI, or custom menu) that lets you reroll or change gear stats/bonuses for a cost. It’s common on RPG/MMO-style, Skyblock, or PvE progression servers where items have prefixes/suffixes, rarity tiers, and builds that benefit from min-maxing.
