(3)Gem Economy

Servers with a gem economy use “gems” as a custom currency alongside (or instead of) vanilla items like emeralds. Players earn gems from things like quests, mining rewards, events, or vote/store payouts, then spend them in shops for gear, cosmetics, ranks, crate keys, or other perks.
