Servers with this tag have an End dimension that’s been changed from vanilla, usually with custom terrain/biomes, extra structures, altered loot, and sometimes new mobs or bosses. It’s typically part of progression or endgame content, and may include revamped End islands, End cities, or a different dragon fight.
