Servers with this tag let players rent land claims for in-game money or time, usually through a claim plugin. You pay to reserve a protected area for a set period, can renew it, and if you don’t the claim expires and the land becomes available again. It’s commonly used for temporary bases, shop plots, or storage on survival/economy servers.
