Servers with block claiming let players protect areas of the world by claiming chunks/plots so only them or trusted members can build, break, or use containers there. It’s most common on survival and semi-vanilla servers as an anti-grief system, usually managed with commands or a plugin UI and sometimes tied to claim limits or upkeep.
