PotatoCraft is a normal Survival server with a few helpful plugins, including claims, /sethome, and /rtp. It supports TLauncher and can be played on all Minecraft versions. Play Survival your way and build freely, but don’t ask for OP or Creative. Note that the server may become slow when there are too many players online.
