The Hostmeister is a vanilla+ SMP/anarchy server with a long-term world: the map is planned to never change. There is no WorldGuard, so the environment is fully player-driven. The server runs a small set of plugins including clans, GSit, and Bloodmoon, adding a few extras while keeping the core gameplay close to vanilla.
